If you would like to book any transfer, please ensure that it must be booked at least 24 hours before arrival date

•

We would like to remind you that arriving guests should land at Phuket Airport around 90 minutes prior to boat departure time in order to catch the schedule boat.

•

Departing guests from Ban Raya should leave the island at least 3-4 hours before flight departure time in order to allow enough time for
the transfer and check-in at the airport.

•

The above schedule may change subject to weather and sea conditions, but boat will not leave earlier than at the advertise times in any
case

•

Guests arriving later than 03.30 pm. at Phuket airport cannot be transferred to Ban Raya on the same evening as we do not operate the
boat at night time. Ban Raya will assist in making alternative arrangements for overnight stays in Phuket in case of late arriving flights
or delays, but will not be financially responsible.

•

Ban Raya will not operate its boats if there is the slightest safety concern or in case of strong winds or uncertain sea conditions.
Every effort will be made by our land based staff in Phuket to assist in making alternative arrangements for the guests until the situation
is considered safe. In such an event, Ban Raya will not be financially responsible for delays or for guest relocations caused by adverse
sea conditions

Full pre-payment is required at the time of reservation is confirmed.

Booking guarantee deposit "Non-refundable" for the period the 1st November - 30th April or any special promotions on the hotel's website

Hotel Voucher will be sent you within 2 days after your full payment. Please print out and show it with valid passport or ID card upon check-in at the hotel.

Any amendment requested 15 days or less before arrival date, one room night for each room(s) will be charged. The rest will be refunded to your credit card with deduct 10% administration fee and 4% bank fee.

Any cancellation or amendment during Peak Season (22 Dec - 10 Jan) 100% charge from the total booking

•

Any cancellation requested 15 days or less before arrival date, full pre-payment will be non-refundable.

•

In the event of failure to give the required notice for cancellation and reduction in accommodation numbers, the resort reserves the right to charge a fee equal as same as No Show Policy.
